At Amōris, we stand by the quality and care behind each piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags and packaging. To request a return, please email us at shopamoris@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Sale items and limited drops are final sale and NOT eligible for return. We do NOT cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
